Surface Planer

Looking to buy a 8 inch plus surface planer, will happily spend around £700. already have a decent thickesser so not looking for a combination machine just wondering if anyone new of any for sale

would you consider a planer thicknesser and just use it for planing- it increases the options a lot. I actually do this, because I struggled to find a standalone planer that was bigger than 6".

Are you looking for wadkin or similar, or something newer and more portable?
