after reading a post saying that gmc where in trouble i thought that i might have trouble in finding spare blades for my recently purchased macalister thicknesser, so of i go to bee&poo to see if i could get some.

i find person with NORM on his lapel and after telling him what i wanted he said sorry we don't stock them but he said let me ring the rep and see when they will be available, after explaining the situation to the rep he then handed me the phone and said he wants to speak to you, the rep said where do live and my name then said i will put them in the post for you f O C .

this morning a package turned up with a new pair of planner blades in it,
thank you norm and the rep what a supprise and good service.
