I have some European Walnut which is quite pale and am going to build a small 2 drawer entrance / sofa table. It's the first time I have used this wood and am wondering about what finish to apply. I have the ability to spray (HVLP) or roller and brush. So what would people recommend as a finish, I was thinking Osmo Poly Wax but am open to suggestions.
