Last night, heavy storms 3.00am till 5.00ish amazingly my 13week old puppy (portugese podengo) slept right through it.

The storms are just starting again now as I write....

Very heavy thunder woke us all last night, went out mid morning in very heavy rain drove through flash floods whist a few houses were putting out sands bags! Came back an hour later and all the water had gone. Although its been raining its still humid and warm.

one or two houses and garages hit here last night
One local school destroyed a week or two ago as well hole in the roof and all the water pipes bust on a brand new built school.
Took them just over a week working 24/7 to open again Which was a miracle as the headmaster said he was waist high in water with so much water leaking.
The strike made our house shake like it was an earthquake it was so close.
