How to get the best result.
When staining and waxing pine would it give the best result if after staining to lightly sand before applying the wax?

Thanks in advance

i would put a coat of sanding sealer over the stain or you will be waxing daily forevermore.

I have just started using Tru Oil and am very impressed with the results. After sanding down to 320, I use sanding sealer and then sand lightly to 400. Then Tru-Oil and two coats give a good result, but I want to wipe on a third coat before waxing with microcelulor wax. I believe the results will be an improvement from just a few coats of sanding sealer and then waxing.
