You been around fine wood dust?

No more so than usual although I have become more aware of fine stuff floating around a while, especially after using the mitre saw. I do wear a Trend respirator when cutting wood although there wasn't a whole lot of cutting go on. Did drill into breeze block a bit, didn't think to use the mask for that but in all I doubt if we're talking more than a dozen 6mm holes

I've just had sinusitis (self diagnosed using Dr Google) Breathing steam helped a lot. A basin of boiled water, just off the boil and cover the head with a towel. Watch that the steam is not too hot when you breath in. Maybe worth a try

That brings back childhood memories, always used to think I was suffocating. I have catarrh constantly. As a kid, the doctor said it would get better as I got older. It never has, I learnt to cope with it better. I think that's why this sudden dryness was such a shock.

Its possible you are becoming sensitised to wood dust. So be careful if it presists or worstens
