Soft close under mounted drawer runners

We are currently using grass dynamoov runners and are not happy with the plastic fixings that hold them in place. Can anyone recommend an alternative runner? Thanks

I'd second Blum. Very good quality, in my experience, and come in heavy duty versions, for well, putting heavy things in your draws.
