in real life that would sound truly terrible. not least because the driving force behind it all would take up all the space under it and be rather noisy, but also because of the resonance from different instruments in 1 sound chamber, or if multiple chambers then one body, the cancelling of wave forms would destroy anything that remotely sounded like music.

can only find the one video of him playing it (sure there are more though). very interesting, you can hear the notes clipping as the wave forms interact which is actually pretty cool.

Apparently, they are very taxing to keep in tune; which I find unsurprising.
