Put an order in at the beginning of the week, not a large one, but nevertheless the items were essential.
I had a voice message on my home phone regarding the order. They eventually got hold of me and asked if I was sure that the order was correct. I had ordered some sanding pads and in the order they were the same grit in 3 separate packs.
I had made a mistake with my order.

Now hats off to Steve at Slingers for picking this up, they could have just sent the order out, but no they went that extra mile to check it was correct. =D> =D> =D> =D>

Now service like that doesn't come every day, so in my book Steve at Slingers deserves a mention on the forum.

Yeah they are a good dealer I've bought quite a few systainers from them and a trion jigsaw always been great service.

I've heard that these guys are pretty good for Festool. See them advertising quite a lot..

They certainly are, although there are a couple of cheaper places around, but I don't know if the service is as good.
