Well I've went had a look and a play with the Jet panel saw and left a deposit so its mine haha, I'm trying to arrange collection on Monday evening, can't wait!!

Its the first time I used a panel saw with a sliding carrige, its so silky smooth and keeps you safe and away from the blade, makes it very easy to rip big sheets, the saw is huge, I would say about 10ft in width, its got a sliding carrige on the left, and an extra extension table to the right and an outfeed extension on the back, it came complete with a big chip / dust extractor and spare blades etc.

I'll get some pics up once I've got it to its new home, can't wait to start playing

Its a JTS-300, think its an old model and has been replaced by the JTSS-1700, with the extra left and right extension table.

Only details I could find was on a german ebay page and have to translate using google translate and found info on another site with model jts-300 (1700) so it must of been replaced with the 1700, to look at its bigger than the 600 and has the same sliding table as the 700, but the power buttons and layout is the same as the 1700 just to make thing cunfusing, its more than I'll ever need.

Same as this with right extension (translate using google translate)

Hi Baron, yes I think you are spot on, it certainly looks like the 1700. Well done you certainly have a good saw there.

Cheers
