I made two of these pens for a shooting club and one for a yachting enthusiast the gun pens aren't always popular among pen turners but at the end of the day there is a market for then and I enjoy making them so I hope you enjoy seeing them
The Cartridge pen is made from Honduras Walnut and Buskeye Burr and the last pen is made from pine from the interior of the HMS Victory

Very good Woody, if you don't mind me asking, where do you get your timbers from?

Andy
Hi Andy the pine is something I have had for a few years now along with some Oak which I have used up and the supply has dried up well it had last time I looked but here is the link http://www.nauticalia.com/ they are very helpful if you phone them up The Buckeye burr is from woodturningz http://www.woodturningz.com/default.aspx and the Walnut I'm sorry but I'm not really sure were I got that from
