Morning forumites!
I have a little quiz for you all
You order a pair of tip on door mechanisms from Rutlands, via their web site, but unbeknown to you, they only have one of them in stock.
Do they
a) Call or email you to let you know that they only have one in stock and to ask whether you want to wait or cancel the order?
b) Don't call you and just send one of them with a note telling you that the next one will be sent, errm - "To be advised"?
