Be careful when buying products on offer, only one at a time, if theirs more than one product on offer that you won't. make separate orders or you will only get one of the products at the offer, even though it allows you to enter the offer codes in the basket. Making you think Alls ok.
Talking to them, while polite and admitting this is the case, you might as well talk to a brick wall.
