Runcible Spoon?

Has anyone got any suggestions for what to make with these recently pruned bits of our quince tree?

Oooops! pressed send by mistake.
The long piece is about 1500mm long and 80mm in diameter. Interesting how the exposed surface turns orange as soon as the bark is stripped.
Any thoughts gratefully received.
