:( No way would I go there

If I was interested I would contact the Daily Mail and ask for their opinion

Looks too good to be true

Wouldn't touch it with a bargepole, it smacks of very misleading marketing. Most people heard of and many of us invested in the government "granny bonds" and they seem to be trying to cash in on that theme.

The advert looks extremely dodgy to me and contains no reference to the promoter of this scheme being authorised or regulated by the FCA. The advert tries to give the veneer of respectability by making reference to a "an established UK plc" and "FCA regulated bond administrator" but fails to name them.

It would be interesting to know what the FCA would think of it....

I suspect that the person behind this ad is just a cold calling middleman who then passes leads on to someone else in return for a commission. The clue is at the bottom of the advert which makes reference to
"Lead Generation & Marketing by dapa
0203 811 0490"

That is the phone number that prospective "investors" are required to call .

If you scroll down to the bottom of the advert, the company pushing this scheme appears to be called Bovarius Limited.
A quick search at Companies House shows that this company was incorporated on 18 August 2016 with share capital of £20 and it has not yet filed any accounts.
The company has one director who appears to have two other directorships, both start ups that have been incorporated in the last year, with share capital of £1 and £100 respectively and no accounts filed.

There are hundreds of similar adverts circulating offering similarly unrealistic returns from vintage wine, airport car parking spaces, containers, student accommodation, fine art...the list is endless.
