I bought a lathe picture below, it has a copy attachment and I'm struggling to work out what or where to buy a replacement tool for it. Its just a pointed round steel bar but i'd like to find maybe the carbon tool version.. anybody help please ? In all honesty I may just sell the attachment if the tool is hard to find or expensive.

Have you got a photo of the actual bit?
If, as you describe it, it's a pointed round bar, may be High Speed Steel (HSS), it should be easy to make. Grind the point with a grinder or belt sander by holding the bar in an electric drill.

Grizzly is a US distributor, similar to Axminster in UK. My lathe was bought from Axminster, but is also sold by Grizzly in the US. You could email Grizzly and ask for the UK distributor, which may be Axminster.
