I have always had problems with power tool spare parts. A power tool costing £10 or £20 could be considered throwaway, but spending over £100 or £200 on a tool you use day in, day out should be repairable. My Dewalt SDS recently died. I opened it up and found it to be the bearing had siezed. I did a quick google and landed myself on a site called Miles Tool & Machinery Centre. http://www.mtmc.co.uk they (claim) to have over 10,000 exploded drawings of all Black and decker, Elu, Dewalt and Bosch power tools. a few clicks in I found the drawing I needed, and ordered the bearing. It arrived in a couple of days. I wanted to share this experience with you all, so you know, a tool (can be) for life, not just for xmas!!!! :D (sorry .......that was awful)
