over the counter router insert north England?

Hi all

I'm about to start making my router table

The first thing I'll be doing is the table top, once that done it will be mounted short term on an old workmate clone (like Niki's idea)

The reason for this is that I need one quickly as I need to round over every part of a cot that I'm making and I'm not considering doing it by hand.

Once that's finished I'll be building a norm type cabinet (thanks OLD for the plans)

My question is does anyone know of a place where I can buy a router insert plate over the counter in the north west or north yorkshire.. as I'd like to get the top finished this weekend

Are you familiar with / have you tried Kendal Tools and Machinery? Dunno if they'd have what you're after, or even if they're open on a Saturday, but might be worth a call
