Looks relatively simple, a shaped wooden seat, difficult to see really with all that hair! The legs have round spigots on the top ends that fit into drilled holes, minimum of 1” dia, probably wedged and glued, the tops of the legs can either be turned on a lathe or use a special large pencil sharpener.
The edges of the seat will need to be well rounded over. Two loops of leather for the ears - probably held in place with an upholstery nail as is the sheepskin, Not sure what variety of sheep donated the top though.

A dead one, may be?

Like the idea though.
