I have Evo Stik wood glue but it doesn't say it's non toxic. I need a non toxic kind, but don't know any other brands, so when I'm searching and finding them on Ebay and Amazon, I don't know if they're reputable glue brands or not! Can you recommend some?

I'm assuming you mean after the glue has been used and has set. (I would not recommend drinking glue!)
PVA in general is fine - well known brands include Evo-stik and Titebond. Trad organic glues are obviously fine - hide glue, fish glue, or rabbit skin glue. If you really need to be certain, the manufacturers' websites should have COSHH information sheets available which will list any ingredients that could be health hazards.

What application is this for? Almost all glues are non-toxic by any reasonable standard once properly cured (even epoxy type resins)... However there will be few or no glues, which are certified as being non-toxic or food-safe.

In general, toxic substances are now tightly regulated and no longer in common use, let alone being readily available off the shelf.
