I have one of the Aero models which is very similar, a little larger. Had it for about 5 years and been very happy with it, if it needs replacing I would definitely get another Nilfisk.

I have one of these, good little vac, not too loud. The hose is a little short if your wanting to use it with power tools, not a problem for me as i don't use them. Only thing is I wish I had bought a larger capacity one!

They are £5 cheaper with free delivery from Amazon. The larger 30 litre version is £115 but has poorer reviews. Both models have reviews which claim the accessories are of poor quality and expensive to replace. Also the auto switch on for power tools is limited to 1600W, which could be a problem for some people. Overall most reviews are positive regarding suction quality.

What I found particularly attractive is the noise level for the Nilfisk. We have an AEG vacuum cleaner which is very quiet and it's supposed to be 69Db. The Nilfisk is rated at only 65Db. The competing Karcher is 10Db higher at 75Db and more expensive. I'd really like to have a close look at one though and if possible hear it running.
