I've got those on my cutting table.
I bought them from screwfix a few years ago and assume they still do. They can take some serious weight.

Hello,

The ones in the video are made by Knape and Vogt and seem to be readily available in the US. Screwfix do something very similar, though whether they are the same ones, I cannot tell. Should do the trick though, worth a look at the Screwfix website for folding brackets.

I just got a Bosch track saw, which I am finding very impressive. Could do with a cutting table myself.
