Yes, an hachoir but the seller thinks its a drawknife of some sort. Guess my posting was a bit vague, what else would you use a herb chopper for?

ha ha i've got one of them with dual blades for chopping herbs. lol woodworking tool don't fancy that much.

Dual blades could be the new way of doing tourtises and menins and gung and trouves!

That's what they may call it but it's been around a lot longer than Pizza hut and the proper name is as above me-thinks :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Most of the traditional pizza places here use roller knives and pizzas have been here almost as long as Belisk-horny land :D
