Yes, an hachoir but the seller thinks its a drawknife of some sort. Guess my posting was a bit vague, what else would you use a herb chopper for?

ha ha i've got one of them with dual blades for chopping herbs. lol woodworking tool don't fancy that much.

Its actually called a rocker knife, I used one to cut pizza when I worked at Pizza Hut

That's what they may call it but it's been around a lot longer than Pizza hut and the proper name is as above me-thinks :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Most of the traditional pizza places here use roller knives and pizzas have been here almost as long as Belisk-horny land
