There was an article in the press at the weekend on this, an example.....
Birthday card for a three year old, on the back of the packaging... unsuitable for children under five years of age!

Simple answer - don't sell them as toys.

that doesnt fly i'm afraid as they are still "a magnetic product accesible to children under 14 years of age" if they are on the front of the fridge.

it is flipping silly but it is the law - best bet is to print up some stickers and whap them on the back of the magnet

and dont even get me started on baby's mobiles , captive ring rattles etc etc

Don't want to be an apologist for daft regulations, but could the warning about magnets actually be to do with pacemakers? Could be a bit disastrous?
