Thanks for the WIP on your blog. I was wondering though - how do you cut through the orange to get back to the purple carved bits?
 
I'm a bit confused, i'm sure i read somewhere that because the orange is lighter than the purple it just shows through? Or do you give it a light sand with a fine grit just to take the hew of orange off?

Have I given wrong info somewhere .You are right I sprayed the Orange on and the purple showed through.
It was the purple that I sanded off before applying the oronge.

Ah, I see. With the photos on the blog the orange looked thick and opaque and then the purple was visible so I couldn't quite work it out. Now I understand.
