hi all i have a tin roofon my workshop new this year how can i Insulat it to stop the drips and heat loss, now the weather is colder its bloody freezing,

Lampeter freezing? I'm near Cardigan and it's very mild.
But to return to your question. Have you sufficient head room for loose insulation plus ventilation?
