My new 'toy'

After picking this up from Woodsmith on the other forum yesterday I got it installed and running in the shop.

I don't know how I have managed so long without one like this. It planes beautifully and the finish is as smooth as silk. A very happy bunny.

Nice long tables. Something I wish I had gone for instead of the shorter tables.

Excellent piece of kit and I have been really pleased with mine - Had it about 5 Years now and it is still like new.

They are a real pleasure to use and are remarkably accurate.

Yes Huds, that's what made me go for it, the long tables. not to mention the price......£350! I was using a small Grizzly planer which wasn't very accurate and had short beds. Looks like I may have to sell the Elu P/T now.
