Now that looks nice :D
Excellent paintjob, and the minilites suit it.Someone has invested quite a bit of time and money into it.

Nice. I wonder how big the A-series is under the bonnet? Judging by the exhaust pipe there isn't something else shoehorned under there.

very high standard. I do think they start to lose something when you start upgrading. I know minilites(and I presume discs) seats with headrests to prevent wiplash and they become more usable every day. But a convertible moggie is not exactly an every day car!

Ahh! moggies that takes me back.

I had a mate with a traveller.
We put a V8 & gearbox in it
Seats were a bit far back and it used to mangle the modified prop shafts

externally it was left bog standard & rusty.
We used to sit at lights next to some posh high performance car revving like mad and then accelerating away - was great watching their faces

Misspent youth where art thou

I remember it failed the MOT with rusty box sections, so I planed down some Ash boards which we hammered into the section - coat over with underseal and sailed though the test

Wonder if it eventually failed the MOT because of woodworm
