At Woodex on Sunday I ordered some Veritas set-up blocks and a Veritas cabinet scraper from Brimarc. That very nice lady (sorry, can't remember her name) who deals with the debit/credit card sales said that if there was any problem with delivery, I would receive a phone call.
True to word, I received a phone call on Monday from another very nice lady to say that the set-up blocks were out of stock but she gave me a very clear indication of when they were expected. I was happy with this and said send them when they are in.
The cabinet scraper, which was in stock, arrived yesterday.
If you pick this up, Martin, say "Thank you" from me to the two ladies - good customer service as always from your people
