I have to make some wardrobes for a customer that will be painted the room is high so the bottom doors will be about 2.2 x 530 thinking of using 25 mr mdf for stiles grooved for rails all fitted around thinner mdf panes but am wary as to wether they will be stable and not wind anyone else got thought on the subject?

I've made taller than that and always use 22mm with 9mm panels, not had any comeback. Stick about 5 Blum type hinges on each door. Infact I've got half a dozen 2400 x 545 ones ready to go out tomorrow.

Thanks. J thanks for that I just know if I use joinery red for the frame it'll twist so MDF is the answer I don't like working with it though.
