Looking for a wheel and axle kit

Been surfing the web for hours, looking for a wheel and axle kit, need it to make a trolly, was hoping for an 30 to 40cm axle and 15cm wheels. Any body who can point me into the right direction?

Try finding a local trailer manufacturer. I got wheels from machine mart. Axle from steel stockholders.
