LED Battens in Workshop

Hi all

Currently working with my electrician friend on putting up some new lighting in the workshop (single, integral garage).

Any recommendations?

Screwfix have a whole load of them...different lengths, different lumens, different IP rating.

I reckon 4-5ft should be enough. Probably two or three of. IP rating is unimportant as it's in a dry environment.

No idea what level of lumens to go for. The single bayonet fitting is abysmal!

I've got 3 of these above the bench and 1 at the other end, enough light for what I do although I'm thinking of backing it up with some a adjustable lamps over things like the drill/bandsaw/lathe.

they are t5 60cm ones.
