for a small floor fitters saw i dont think you can beat the exakt dc 270. when hooked up to a vac its the most dust free saw ive ever used and because the depth can be set you can just throw a scrap board on the floor and cut on top of that .

would be interesting to try that table saw but imagine constant cross cuts would become a pain
