Greetings

Does anyone know where I might be able to get some Jatoba please.

I have tried British Hardwoods, John Boddy and SL Hardwoodsg

TIA

The only other name I can suggest would be Timberline, who had a featuring in Good Woodworking a couple of months back.

You could then try Yandles, I suppose, though, I'm not sure if there's a limit as to how far they'll deliver.

I've got some from Yandles before.
(Yandles isn't cheap for wood though - so if you need a lot I'd look elsewhere).
Cheers

Ahh, how I miss Yandles now we no longer live in Somerset!! Anyone know the nearest equivalent up here in Cambridgeshire?

Thanks for replies

OPJ -Timberline do not stock Jatoba

opener - Timbmet do not have any but will order if 'enough' is wanted - even though their web says they have it in stock

Gidon - You were right about Yandles being a bit pricey - they want over £87 a cubic foot! with delivery just under £80

I could probably source some on Monday morning depending on how much you need... its one of those funny species that only a few people keep.
