I've got a new mug shot

Is there an easy way to reduce the size of the pics in this gif file? there are 32 pics involved.

You could use VirtualDub to do this. It's a free video application. Apply the Resize filter and set the size as desired. Then export as a new Animated GIF.

Or e-mail it to me and I'll give it a try.
