It's an OK machine. OK rather than great. But OK.
I have a friend who has the same machine. It was broken and I advised him to sell it and put the money towards another machine. But he is an engineer and fixed the broken pins, and, to my surprise, IIAH, it has turned out to be a quite reasonable machine.
260 is a low price for any P/T so you don't have a lot to lose, especially if you can see it before you buy.

Got one and can recommend it!My Father had it from new. Mine works well and have had no problems with it!
DON'T pull or lift it by the tables and I hear the rubber roller on some of the early HM260's can get a bit rotted.
So you may want to check it out.

Not used mine a great deal but once set-up properly, it's worked well whenever I've called upon it (other than when the plumber stood on the outfeed table and moved it out of true!).
