The table below is based upon Liverpool, and will be acceptable for the majority. However, if you outside UK or in northern Scotland you will need to visit http://www.heavens-above.com/. If you want the ground track of ISS heavens above will give it - tonight it is orbiting diagonally across Spain (SW- NE) and then across the top of Italy - but we can see it in UK because it orbits at about 200 miles high and reflects the sun when we are in darkness.
It will be the brightest object moving across the sky - if you see nav lights it's a plane !!
ISS is currently running an experiment HD Earth Viewing Experiment you can usually see earth views at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/iss-hdev-payload provided you are not over ocean it can be interesting - but there is a lot of ocean! EDIT - just noticed there is a ground tracker if you scroll down from the Earth view.
The table below gives all the visible passes, it orbits every 90 mins or so. The best and easily seen are the longest passes because it is orbiting more overhead.
