Inside to outside table

Hi there. Seeking some help here! I have a beech table top with pine legs. I'm looking to convert it to an outside table for the garden. The top is currently finished with Danish Oil. My intention was to sand this back, then to seal it. The question is what to seal it with to maintain the look, but make it "weatherproof". Any suggestions would be gratefully received!!

advice........dont bother..no matter what you do its beech..and as such will go all shapes in pretty quick time.

I soaked a wooden bench in WD40 as an experiment before putting it outside. Worked a treat so worth a try but any type of varnish will flake off.
