Sorry to bring this back,but unless i have missed something i can't see how he managed to do what he's done.
Most people using a saw like he was using hold the wood against the fence using the palm of their hand,and their thumb on the front of the work with fingers on the back of the fence.
He's somehow managed to get a nice straight cut right across all his fingers,which for him to do this he must have been resting his forearm on the saw table with his fingers in a straight line.
When your holding timber to cut your fingers are usually sort of gripping,all bent and out the way.
Just curious.Perhaps he as different techniques.
