All this chisel talk has reminded me to photograph the below before the stickers falls and I forget the make altogether.

In the internet age HR is a nightmare to search for. Darn human resources and a desire to shorten a unit of time from a 4 letter word.

Any ideas ?

Typeface of logo, generic "made in England" mark, and round bolster all say mid to late 1970's to me.

Harry Ramsden's don't make chisels but if they did they would surely be designed to be battered.
 
That does stand for Howard Richards but they ceased trading in February last year.
It is a shame because they did some reasonable stuff at very good prices.
