How to insert photos.

I've tried searching but have gotten nowhere. I have just opened a Photobucket a/c and would like to add pictures from there to any future post or to my, as yet empty, gallery.
Can anyone guide me to any previous posts on the subject, or kindly explain the procedures, (to a real computer dumbo), please?
