Had to spend a few hours watching a film with the missus.
On reflection I agree that the depth would be difficult to control using the H router method, but not impossible. Will go to sleep dreaming of the set up using pins.
Then it's fitting out the built in wardrobes, gutting the bathroom, building two new sheds, and the list goes on. Sorry, forgot about doing the day job as well....
