I have just bought some from ebay. I am not sure that I linked to the correct one, but I found some that look like they will do the job.

My curiosity is aroused. What are these used for?

I use them for fixing Blum drawer runners to cabinets,.....the countersunk version as they screw into a 5mm pilot hole.
I would gladly send you a load of them if you need any more Marcros,......ive got dozens of spares.

I had a drawer unit that had a spacer block attached to the runner. I have managed to get a replacement spacer block for one that cracked, but the screw was in it when my wife chucked it away!
