I really appreciate the advice everyone's offering me - it's very generous of you. I just hope you can understand why I'm relieved to have passed the problem on to someone else; let him worry about it for the time being while I get on with painting the new kitchen before the kitchen fitters arrive on Monday. I may not be able to fix computers, but at least I can paint walls :roll:
