Good Day, Bad Day

Good Day - Had some wood delivered by another turner.

Bad day - Went through the side of a piece of holly hollow form (on top of the log) which I intended to colour a la Kim or Gary Lowe. Strictly speaking I didn't go through the side, just made the wall too thin to support its weight. The end result is the same.

Bad luck, Robbo! Nice supply of wood though!!

Started splitting so used some wedges to split log along its length. Took about 10 minutes using a lump hammer.
