Finishing

Hi all just been on a USA site, they are using a product called Trade Secret For Wood (TSW), One Step Plastic Polish and Meguiar's Fine Cut Polish, does anyone here know if we can get it in the UK?

Hi John,
I use Meguiar's to keep the little car nice and clean and I was able to buy it quite easily on line as there are lots of stockists.

Hi Thomas,

I've used TSW, its like a wax but is designed to be very hard wearing. The description involves meshing of strands or fibres at a molecular level.... or some such :-s :-s

It goes on well but I never managed to get a high shine with it like normal waxes, more a satin sheen. Can't really comment on it's longevity though.

john, trade secret for wood is the yankee and cheap version of this

I use the Renaisance Wax and find it's an excellant finish; very harding wearing so can take a lot of handling and very easy to apply. You can get it from Alex Tiranti, here.
