File name converter

Morning all
Does anyone know of an easy way of converting file names to lower case? For example, changing MyFile.JPG to myfile.jpg.

I'm gettig the urge to mess aobut with my website again, and one of the systemic problems I have is with filenames. I orignally wrote it using Frontpage, where it didn't matter, but it's causing all sorts of problems now.

I guess I have a few hundred to change, so I don't really want to do the job manually.
