If you split it up pre-emptively before it splits on its own, it may serve for small spindle turnings. Else, it makes good burning wood.
 
The natural oils in the wood make it burn very fast and it spitso be care full if an open fire in the lounge. Other wide the wood isn't much good for anything. If you put it through a garden shredder or chipper put the waste into a bowl and it smell lovely :) I've done this a few times myself

Shrinks and twists a lot. Vitually unsplittable if left to season in lumps. Great for the woodburner. If left chunky it will burn long and hot.
 
I turned this from Eucalyptus pulled from the firewood pile , it needs a better finish when I get the time ,it's was quite easy to turn .
