electra 800/1000

hi all i had a electra 800/1000 lathe given to me iv'e been practising on the spindle but i would like to some chuck work i believe the thread is 20mm 1.5 pitch iv'e tried to look for a chuck but don't seem to get anywhere can someone please tell me were i could get a chuck for this lathe

check the thread (it may be correct, but before you invest money...), but I think that the record power sc4 with the correct insert would be a reasonable starting point.

it is a rare thread, so your choice will be limited to something with an insert, or something with a backplate.

According to Peter Childs website 20mm x 1.5 is used on Multico lathe's except the Supershop model and your model HDM 800/1000
